My name is Sarah. I am a mother—and I am on a mission God placed on my heart.
Jofane’s Legacy didn’t begin as an idea. It began with a moment that changed me forever.
When I travelled to the Solomon Islands with my son to meet his family, I came face to face with a reality I will never forget. I saw children—beautiful, innocent children—living without the things so many of us take for granted. No parents to hold them. No food to fill them. No clean or hot water, no electricity, no proper clothing, no education, and no money to afford even the most basic needs.
I watched families collect water in buckets just to have something to drink. Clothes were washed by hand, with very little to wash. Many children had no shoes. No regular baths or showers. Most survived on little more than rice alone.
Just survival.
I remember looking into their eyes and seeing both pain and hope at the same time. In that moment, I knew I couldn’t walk away. I couldn’t return home to Australia with my son and pretend I hadn’t seen it.
God didn’t allow me to.
He broke my heart for a reason—and now I must be a voice for the vulnerable children who are in urgent need of even the bare minimum.
I believe He calls ordinary people to step into extraordinary purpose—to be His hands and feet where it matters most. And this is mine.
Jofane’s Legacy was born from that calling. From a mother’s love. From a child’s story. From a fire that refuses to go out.
I will not turn away. I will not be silent. And I will not stop fighting for these children.
Because every child deserves more than just survival—they deserve love, dignity, and a future filled with hope.
But I cannot do this alone.

We are building Jofane’s Legacy because we believe no child should have to fight for survival alone.
This mission was born from a moment that could not be ignored—when real children were seen living without the most basic necessities: food, clean water, safe shelter, clothing, education, or even the comfort of a bed to sleep in. Children collecting water in buckets just to drink. Children washing what little they own by hand. Children growing up on rice alone, with no certainty of tomorrow.
We are building this because we cannot unsee what we have seen.
We are building this because faith without action is not enough.
And we are building this because we believe God calls us to stand in the gap for the vulnerable, to bring hope where there is suffering, and to be light in places that feel forgotten.
Jofane’s Legacy exists to restore dignity, meet urgent needs, and create opportunity for children who have been left behind.
Not as a temporary fix—but as a lasting commitment of love, faith, and action.
We are building this for them. And we are building it together.

We support children and families who are living on limited food, often surviving on rice alone, by helping provide regular meals and essential nutrition.
💧 Clean Water & Daily Survival
We help provide access to safe drinking water, providing water tanks to households, reducing the need for children to collect water in buckets from unsafe or distant sources.
👕 Clothing & Basic Essentials
We work to provide clothing, shoes, and basic necessities so children can live with comfort and dignity.
Our goal is not simply to build walls and roofs—but to restore hope, empower futures, and break the cycle of poverty and violence.
This mission is deeply personal. I am an Australian mother, and my son is of Solomon Island descent. Together, we are uniting two worlds through faith, love, and purpose—to give children the chance they deserve.
We believe every child is worthy of safety, dignity, education, and hope. And through Jofane’s Legacy, we are committed to turning that belief into action.
